That the furniture is also jointly owned and shall be .
owned from the date of this Final Judqment by the parties as
tenants in common, and the wife shall return 1/2 of the furniture
to the Husband.
That the wife shall return that certain 1973 Ford Van
to the Husband.
3. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The husband will pay the
sum of $50.00 per week for six additional weeks from the date
of entry of this Final Judgment as rehabilitative alimony and
the husband shall remain in~sole possession of the home described
above for the next six weeks. After said period both parties
shall have an equal right of possession to the home property. ;
4. FEES AND COSTS. The husband will pay all court costs
incurred in this action and each party will pay their own ,
! attorney's fee.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby ~
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or `
annoying, the other.
6. Within a reasonable time from the entry of this
-Final Judgment, the husband will file an accounting with this
Court as to rents received since the entry of the temporary
order on March 18, 1975 listing all income and also listing all
expenses paid in connection with mortgage payments or other

~ expenses on the homeplace in said accounting.
; 7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
~

' as may be proper.
