THIS INDENTURE , executed the ~ day of May , 19 7 5,
between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, as
Executor of the Estate of VERA R. LOWE, deceased, party of the
first paxt, and VERA R. SHUTE, party of the second part, whose
address is: Old Danville Road, Fremont, New Hampshire 03044.
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first gart pursuant to the Last Will
and Testament of the above-named decedent, and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10 . 00 ) and other qood and va luab le
consideration in hand paid, qrants, barqains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the s
second part, her heirs and assigns forever, tliat certain ~
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more par- ;
ticular ly described as follows: ~

A parcel of land lying and being in Government Lot 1, Section ~
33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run 911.71 feet East from ~
the NW corner of said Government Lot 1 to a point of reference, .
which is the intersection of the western boundary of a county ~
road and the North line of said Section 33, thence run 333.51 ~
't feet West on the North line of said Government Lot 1, to the 3
point of beginninq, thence~from the point of beginning turn 90 ~
deg. and run South 113.13 feet, thence turn 90 deg. and run 80 ~
feet West and parallel to the North line of Government Lot 1, ~
then turn and run North 113.13 feet, parallel to the East line ~
of the property herein described and thence turn and run 80 ;
feet East along the North line of said Government Lot 1 to the '
point of beqinning, ALSO DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Tract D accord- ~
ing to survey of CHARLES B. McADAM dated September 4, 1956,
and recorded with deed to Senry Willhoite and Lillie E. Willhoite,
his wife, in deed book 221, at page 289, public records of St.

TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egrF•ss between said ~
Tract "D" and Indian River by way of private roads as shawn in ;
above said survey of Charles B. McAdam dated September 4, 1956.
This is a corrective deed to correct the err~~neous description
as contained in that certain Executor's Deed dated April 25, 1975, ~
recorded in O. R. Book 238, page 2836, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, which through scrivener's error appeared
therein. -

TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, heredita- ~
i ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to '
; that real property. ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
; AND the party of the first part does covenant to and
with the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that
in all things preliminary and in and about this conveyance the
orders of the laws of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
