IN RE; The Marriage of
ANDREW J. McCLSNDON, Husband
and
MARILYN MUENCH McCLENDON, Wife.
TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause having come to be heard'upon the Motion of
the Wife for temporary relief in the form of temporary custody
of the minor child of the parties, namely, CHRISTINA MARIE
McCLENDON, temporary child support and temporary Restraining
Order and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties,
the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Temporary~custody of the aforementioned minor child
of the parties shall be with the Wife during the pendency of this
j Dissolution of Marriage action.
i 2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife as support for

~ the benefit of the said minor child the sum of $20.00 per week,
~ the first payment due within 7 days from the date of this Order.
~ ~ ;
~ 3. A mutual Restraining Order is hereby entered against ~
~ each of~the parties during the pendency of this action and each _
~
~ party is hereby restrained from harassinq, interfering, molesting,
g
g bothering or in any other way interfering with the quiet enjoyment
s ~
of life by the other party. The Husband is further enjoined from
s seeing the said minolc child during the pendency of this action. '
