KNOW ALL MEN BY THFSS PRESENTS. THAT B. J. HAI~IICINS and
CORr? E. AANKINS, his wife, parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable con-
siderations received from or on behalf of ROBERT J. GARTMAN and ;
ER1~1 GARTMAN, his wife, 11~ Amy Lane, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450, parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said parties of the second part, all of ~
the riqht, title and interest of parties of the first part in
and to that certain Article of Agreement dated October 13, 1971, _
between 1yAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation,
and B. J. HANKINS and CORA E. ~ANKINS, his wife, recorded in
Official Record Book 197, page 752, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, relating to the following described real estate
situate and being in said State and County, to wit:
