of a mortgage upon the said property, executed by Billy W. Childress
~ and Pauline Childress to J.T. Stewart Mortgage Company, Inc.
~ to secure the debts therein recited, the decreeing of a sale of said property under ~
~ the direction of said Court in default of the payment of the amount found to be due ~
~ to the Plaintiff under ~aid mortgage, the appointment of a receiver pendente lite,
~ and for other, further and general relief.
