FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for trial by jury on the 8th day of
May, A. D., 1975, the Court having heard testimony and evidence
adduced, the Jury, by and through the Foreman, WILLIAM H.
MCCULLOUGH, after having heard testimony and evidence and having
heard the charges of the Court, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, and, after having retired to consider their
verdict, returned to open Court, and rendered the following
Verdict:
"VERDICT -
! Fort Pierce, Florida
; We, the Jury, find for the Plaintiff, WAYNE ALLEN„
; doing business as WAYNE ALLEN REAL ESTATE, and against
M the Defendants, D.L. CASH and MOSELEY COLLINS, and
~ assess damages in the sum of $10,000.00.
~ We, the Jury find for WAYNE ALLEN, doing business as .
