BANEY, Husband, and SETTA RAY BANEY, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 12th day of May, 1975, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of 8usband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It~is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between SPENCER D. BANEY and SETTA KAY BANEY, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the i obligations arising therefrom. I ~ ' 2. CUSTODY. Custody of STEPHEN D. BANEY, AARON EUGENE ~ BANEX and KELLIE DENI3E BANEY is awarded to SETTA RAY BANEY with ~ € reasonable visitation rights to SPENCER D. BANEY, _ ~ SUPPORT AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. Commencinq the ~ 15th day of May, 1975, the Husband shall pay $50.00 per week as ~ • ~ child support for the support of the children born of this marriage ~ directly to the W3fe, SETTA RAY BANEY, alonq with all medical bills ~ to be incurred by said children.
