E X E C U T O R' S O E E D
THIS INDENTURE, executed the~day of ;

1975, between SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (Formerly St. Lu ie County
Bank), as EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF HERMAN C. LUDWIG, DECEASED, party
of the first part, to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY AS TRUSTEE UNDER
THE WILL OF HERMAN C. LUDWIG,DECEASED, FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF
JEANNETTE HARRIS, party of the second part, ;
WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part, SUN BANR OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, on the 29th day of February, 1975, by Petition
applied to the Circuit Judge of the Probate Division in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, for authority to distribute certain real estate ~
in said County hereinafter described, averring it is necessary and ;
expedient to distribute the same and also each and every jurisdictional
fact; and the prayer in said Petition having appeared to and found by i
e
said Judge to be reasonable and just and said Petition true and the-
distribution to the best interest of said estate, said Court rendered
the Order dated the 24th day of February, 1975, directing said party
of the first part to distribute the said real estate in accordance
with the terms of the will, and ordered said party of the first part
to execute the deed to said party of the second part of the real estate
I herein.

E NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, said ~35~
s party'of the first part hereby grants, bargains, transfers, aliens, `

~ remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the said party of the

E second part as Trustee as aforesaid, and to its heirs and assigns ~

~ forever, said certain land in said County of St. Lucie, State of ~
Florida, described as follows, to-wit: ~

a Lots 2 and 3, Block A, RICAARD'S SUBDIVISION, as per
~ plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, Page 60, Public -
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, less and except
certain property conveyed to Georgia M. Estes on October
~ 31, 1958, and recorded~in Deed Book 242, Page 213, Public
Records of St.Lucie County, Flarida. {
