of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valua.ble considerations, received
from or on behalf of FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND IrQAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIBRCS,
party of the second part, at or before the ensealinq and deliv~ry of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, do hereby grant, barqain,
sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a
certain mortgage b~arinq date the 4th daiy of October, 1971, made by Jacob D.
Stewart and Avanell Stewart, his wife, in favor of Citizens Federal Savings
and Loan Association of St. Lucie County, and recorded in O.R. Book 196 at
paqe 204 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the follow-
_inq described piece or parcel of land situate and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
