It appearing from the evidence before the Court that RICAARD F.
SMITH III has ~aillfully failed and refused to pay the child support as
required by the Final Judgment of this Court enterea oa the 17th day of
: November, 1972, and is, as of this date, in arrears $400.00, it is -
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contespt

_ of this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the

$400.00 arrearage, plua $9.50 Court Costs, at the zate of $50.00 per noath.
These payments to 6e in addition to the regular $100.00 per ~bnth child
support payments provided for in the Final Judgment, making a total payment
of $15Q.00 per month, plus the $1.00 clerk'a fee. When the arrearage hsa
been paid in ful~,~the monthly paymcnts shall be reduced to $100.00 per
month. If Respondent does not purge himaelf of his contempt aa provided
above, he shall be required after notice to appear before the Court for
senttncing, _
