THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 13th day of Map, 1975,
upon an Order to Show Cause dated May 1, 1975, pursuant to Florida
Statutes78.065 and 78.067, wherein the Defendant was ordered to
present himself before this Court to show cause why the property
claimed in Plaintiff's Complaint should not be taken from his
possession and returned to Plaintiff, and the Court having heard
the arguments of the covnsel for the respective parties, and being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is_thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: ~
1. The Defendant did not waive his right to be heard on tihe
Order t~ Show Cause.
2. Based on the evidence presented the Court f~nds that there
is a reasonable probability as to the validity of Plaintiff's under-
~ lying claim and that Plaintiff is therefore entitled to take posses- _
sion of the hereinafter set forth personal property:~
