~ WHEREAS. in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valu- ~

~ able considerations, paid unto the holder as an inducement to modify said reserved
subsurface rights, including oil and mineral rights for purposes of avoiding title
clouds, ~
NpW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:
1. T'hat the above-refenced oil and mineral rights reserved to the under-
signed shall remain the property of the undersigned subject to modification and limita-
tion herein imposed belaw.
2. That said reserved rights shall not include the right-of entry upon
the lands covered by the reservation, or the right of possession for purposes of test
boring, excavation, drilling, or any other possessory rights to enter the land in
pursuit of subsurface rights or materials, without the express written consent of
the title holders of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WILLIAM D. STA.T2K, III, executed this instrument for
the purposes herein described.
