signtd by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mottgagee, in fee simple.
And the hlortgagor covenants with the hlortgagee, that the hlo~tgagor has full power and lawful right to ~
convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Martgagee at all times peaceably and
quietly to entet upon, hold. occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as ~
may be herein desctibed; that the Mortgagot will make such tutther assurances to pecfect the fee simple title to
said land in the Mortgagee as may reasonably be required; and that the blortgagor hereby fully warrants the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
