THIS INDENTURE, executed the 8~i day of May, 1975, ~
between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida corporation, as
Executor of the Estate of VALTA VIRGINIA ERGLE, Deceased, party
of the first part, and IDWARD C. REID arid DENISE V. REID, his
wife, party of the second part, whose address is 1701 South 30th
5treet, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part on the ~ day of May,
1975, pursuant to Order of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie
County, Florida, dated the 2nd day of May, 1975, directing
the sale of real property, and in consideration of the premises
and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, premises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part,
and to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain real prop-
erty situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly

The North 40 feet of Lot 6 and the South 30 feet
of Lot 7, Block 2, FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISION, as

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-

ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to
a that real property.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, and tot}~ear heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in
all things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this con-
veyance, the Orders of the above-named Court and the laws of
Florida, have been followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has ~
