J. LANGEL, his wife, who, first beinq duly sworn by me, depose and say; ~
1. That they are the Grantors in that certain warranty :

Deed wherein Patrick J. Langel and Barbara Ann Langel, his wife, were ;
the Grantees, which Deed is dated February 19, 1973, recorded June 12, '
1974, in O. R. Book 228, Paqe 1464, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, relatinq to the fo~lowing described property:
The North 165 feet by 660 feet of the South
1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
less the West 40 feet for Jenkins Road.

2. That the said Warranty Deed contained an incorrect leqal
description of the property which was meant to be conveyed in the said
Warranty Deed and that a corrective Warranty Deed has subsequently been
filed wherein title was passed to the same Grantees as to the properly ,
described property; '
3. That the Affiants did not at the time of the said
Warranty Deed and do not at this time claim any right, title, interest,
claim or demand as to the property described in the said Warranty
Deed dated February 19, 1973, and hereby remise, release and quit
claim any such right, title, interest or claim which they may or could
have as a result of said Warranty Deed.
4. Further Affiants sayeth not.
