THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard, upon Complaint
of Plaintiff, an Answer having been filed by Defendant, and upon

the supporting affidavit of Plaintiff and Plaintiff's Motion for ;
Summary Final Judgment, and the Court being fully advised in the

; premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That this Court has ~urisdiction over this cause, _

! the sub~ect matter and the parties.

' 2. That the Plaintiff has proved the material allegations ~ ~
~ of its Com laint and the equities in this cause are with the ~

~ Plaintiff and against the Defendant.
3. That the mortgage herein sued upon by Plaintiff was
~ ~
legally executed, acknowledged, delivered and recorded as is
~ alleged in the Plaintiff's Complaint; that the promissory note
~ thereby secured was also properly executed and delivered; and
~ ;
that said promissory note and mortgage were and do constitute ~
a valid and subsisting lien upon the real property of Defendant
~
~ hereinafter described.

~ 4. That the said default in making the payments of
~
~ principal and interest upon the said note constitutes a breach
~
~ of the covenants of the mortgage herein sued upon.
