1. Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, after having giver. due notice

foreclosure proceedings. :
~ 7. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale,
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, s~all issue his Certificate of Sale, and if no ob~ections'
to said sale be filed within the time required by law, the said
Clerk shall i~sue his Certificate of Title and his Certificate
of Disbursements, in which he shall disburse and app~r the proceeds~
of said sale in the following manner:
(a) His fees, allowances, commissions and expenses; ~
.(b) The fees and costs of the officers of this CourL }
and of the Plaintiff of this suit;
(c) The sum of $ ~ d.~~ to the attorneys for '
~ the Plaintiff for their services in and above ~
~ the foreclosure of said mortgage; ;

' of sale, to the laintiff, said sum being
~ principal, interest and other charges due upon

~ Defendant under the mortgage herein sued upon; .
(e) The remaining sum, if any there be, to be
deposited in the registry of this Court by
the said Clerk, and there to remain until
~ disbursed in accordance with the further
~ order oF this Court.

~ 8. Upon the issuance and filing of the Certificate of

~ Title hereinabove referred to, the Defendant, KARE LARSSEN, and ~

all claimants by, through or under him, shall stand and be

~ forever barred and foreclosed of any right and all estate, F
