EXECUrOR'S DEED
THIS EXECUTOR'S DEED, made the 12th day of Mareh A.D.,
1975, by NICHOLAS POPOVICH, JR., as Executor of the Last Will and ~
Testament of Nicholas Popovich, deceased, hereinafter called the grantor, y~

to NICHOLAS POPOVICH~, JR. and ELEANOR POPOVICH, his wife, as one of the s
beneficiaries under the Last Will and Testament of Nicholas Popovich,
deceased, whose postoffice address is 10 Kiva Street, Iselin, New Jersey,
08830, hereinafter call the grantees:

"grantee " include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corporations.) . t

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby ;

aclaiowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys, and confirms unto the grantees, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Flvrida, to-wit:
~ The South 100 feet of the North 425 feet vf the
; E2 of the W~ of the SE~ of the SW~ of the SW~ of
f Section 21, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, less
; the West 30 feet for Co~ty road right-of-way as
; recorded in O.R. Book 179, page 1600, also subject t
~ to a 12-foot drainage easement and right-of-way along
a the East 12 feet as granted to St. Lucie County and
~ recorded in O.R. Book 179, page 1596 of the public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

entered in the Caurt of the Circuft Judge in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in the Estate of Nicholas Popovich, deceased, under date of ;
