MEMORANDUM OF LEASE AND OPTION
IQdOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that VIRGINIA T. McSURLEY,
~ widow, has this day granted to SPORTSMAN CENTER, INC., a Florida
corporation, a Lease and Option to Purchase that certain property
described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
Said Lease and Option Agreement is of even date herewith
and is by this reference incorporated herein.
Said Lease and Option to Purchase expires at midriight on
April 30, 1977. ~
IN WITNESS_WHEREOF, the parties have executed this
Memorandum this 29th day of April, 1975. ;
