LEASE AND OPTION TO PURCHASE '

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between

VIRGINIA T. McSURLEY, a wicbw, hereinafter referred to as "~,essor" ~
and SPORTSMAN CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter
referred to as "Lessee".
In consideration of the payments hereinafter mentioned
and mutual coven~u~L~ i,~~~~riaf~er ~zt forth, it is agreed by and
between the parties as follows:
3. Lessor does hereby lease, let and demise to Lessee
that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
PARCEL•1: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract #7
of flome Acres Unit #~l; thence run North 70 feet,
thence West 52 feet, thence South 70 feet, thence
Rast 52 feet to point of beginning of Section 8,
