That pursuant to a written contract between the parties, the Plaintiff made certain improvements on the aforementioned i - property for the Defendants, for which there remains unpaid ; ~ ~o Thousand Seven Hundred Seven and 92/100 Dollars ($2,70?.92) ~ , ~ on the contract price. ~ 3.
