This cause coming on for trial before the Court upon the
Plaintiff's Complaint to foreclose a mechanic's lien, and the
parties being~present and represented by counsel, and evidence
received, and the Court beinq duly advised in the premises, the
~Court finds as follows:
l. That the Defendants, GEORGE SALEEBY, JR. and MAE E. ~
SALEEBY, his wife, are owners of certain real property situated ,
in St. Lucie County, Florida, which is located at 1802 Okeechobee ,

the Plaintiff made certain improvements on the aforementioned i
- property for the Defendants, for which there remains unpaid ;

3. That the Defendants are entitled to a set-off of Twenty- ;
