R. ; Book 218, at Page 1290, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. E (d) Unless the Defendants, within ten.days from the entry ; of this Order, shall pay the Plaintiff or his attorneys the swa ; specified above, and any other costs of this suit as mentioned in that paragraph, the Clerk of the Court, after publication of notice as required by Florida Statutes, is directed to sell the ~ property as described above to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free and clear and discharges of : any and all claims, liens, encwabrances, rights, equities, and in- : terests of the Defendants, and all persons, firms, or corporations ~ claiming by, through, or under the Defendants, except subject to a prior mortgage held by the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, filed i September 10, 1973, as is recorded in O.
