FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come on for trial before the Court in
equity, and the Court having duly considered the evidence pre-
sented and having heard the testimony of the plaintiff, Stephen
Nikitas and that of the defendant, Margret Prappas, the Defendant
Paul Prappas having died on March 30, 1975, a suggestion of his
death to this effect having been filed in the cause; the Court
finds the equities to be with the plaintiff and against the
defendants and the Court being fully advised in the premises, ~

1. That the plaintiff's prayer for specific performance `
; of the deposit receipt agreement herein sued upon and admi.tted
; in evidence as Plaintiff's Exhibit 1 be and the same is hereby

~ 2. On or before June 1, 1975, the defendant Margret
~ Prappas is directed to execute and deliver to the plaintiff
~ Stephen Nikitas a warranty deed with documentary stamps affixed
~ ;
~ as required by law conveying to the plaintiff Stephen Nikitas
~ the following descri.bed property situate in St. Lucie County,

` The South 102.68 feet of the North 150 feet of
~ Lot 176, of UNIT THREE, ~IARAVIL7~A GARDENS, as per
