This cause coming on to be heard upon Stipulation of Dismissal
by Counsel in the above-styled cause, and the court being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Ronald L. Dykes, Attorney=for~the Barnett Bank of DeLand,
N.A. as substituted Plaintiff need not appear at the hearing on May 15,
1975 on the Motion to Dismiss.
' 2. That zn~ sui~SLituted Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss be and
s it is hereby granted under the conditions set forth therein.

€ 3. That payments on the mortgage as set forth in the Motion to
Dismiss shall commence as set forth in the said Motion, to-wit: that
the payments due under the note are to commence on June 1, 1975 and to
be paid on the lst day of each month ethereafter until the entire
principal balance of
TWENTY TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR: and 42/100 DOLLARS '

is paid in full, together with all interest from the lst day of June,

4. Should it become necessary for the substituted Plaintiff
