That for payment of the sums set forth in paragraph four, the Plnintiff has a lien upon the real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: '~y°y' ~~s-D 9- DOofv Lot 3 and 4, and the North 5 feet of vacated yvy-8~~-0o D-p pa~~ a~lley ad jacent on south side of said Lots 3 and t 4, of HILLCREST SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof on 4 record in Plat Book 4, at page 41 of the public records of St. Lncie County, Florida. ~ 6. That the Defendants are hereby ordered to pay the amount set forth in paragraph four, before mentioned, to the Plaintiff forthwith, and in default thereof, all the reversion, ~remainder, estate, right, title, interest, or right of possessio whatsoever of the Defendants and each of them in the above des- cribed encumbered premises shall be forever barred and fore- closed, and said property shall be sold as an entirety without appriasement or right of redemption at public auction for cash to the highest and best bidder, free and clear and discharged of any claims of the defendants, as aforesaid, and of any and all persons, firms, or corporations claiming by, through or under them or any of them sinve the filing of the lis pendens herein. 7.
