the Clerk, he shall disburse the proceeds of the sale ih the ~
following manner; he shall retain his fee and shall satisfy
any unpaid Court costs, plus the cost of advertising the sale;
he shall pay to the Plaintiff the amounts enumerated in paragrap ,
four herein above, plus interest thereon from the date of this
decree to the date of payment; any remaining sums he shall
deposit in the registry of this Court to remain pending the
further orders of the Court.
10. -That the Court retains jurisdiction of this cause
for the purpose of making any and all further orders necessary
and appropriate.
