ORDER
This matter came on to be heard on Defendants' Motion
for Contempt, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
.
- upon consideration, the Court finds the Plaintiffs, POWELL
BETHEA and ANNIE B. BETHEA, his wife, in contempt of Court for
violation of the Final Judgment entered herein, whereupon it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
! 1. That the Plaintiffs may purge themselves by comply- ~
~
i ing with the terms of the Final ~tidgment as it relates to moving i
~ ~
4 the fence and moving same to a proper location by June 15, 1975, ~
!
~ and by paying Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) on or before June 15, ~
~ 1975 to the Defendants for damages suffered. ~
~ . ~

~ 2. The Restraining Order heretofore entered in this cause ~
~
~ . ~
~ is hereby ratified and re-affirmed, and the parties are ordered

~ to comply therewith.

3. The Court retains jurisdiction of this rnatter and the
parties hereto for the entry of such other and further Orders as ~

~ may be necessary. :
