RELEASE OF LIEN

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that EAST COAST LUMBER &
SUPPLY CO., a Florida corporation, by and through Frank H. Fee, ;
III, Esquire, its agent and attorney in this behalf, for and
in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, lawful money of the United States of
America, to it in hand paid, the receipt.whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, does hereby waive, release and discharge that certain
Claim of Lien filed March 18, 1975, in O.R. 8ook 237, page 1502
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and does
hereby discharge from the effect of said Claim of Lien the real
property more fully des ribed in said Claim of Lien.
