yk MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT, 3ated this ~lp ~day
of May, 1975, by and between STUART NATIONAL BANK, a national
banking association, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee,
and WARREN COWELL and JUSTINE C. COWELL, his wife, hereinafter
referred to as the Mortgagors:
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of January, 1974, the Mortgagors
made and executed a certain Mortgage to the Mortgagee, and the
same was thereafter filed and recorded in O.R. Book 222, page
2880, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, and on the
16th day of October, 1974, the Mortgagors made and executed
a Mortgage Modification Agreement thereto, which was recorded in
O.R. Book 234, page 33, re-recorded in O.R. Book 234, page 1101,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, encumbering the
following property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

Lot 17, Block 170, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION FOUR, ` ~
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 12, pages 14-A through 14-G, of the public
records of St. Lucie Count~r, Florida,
which are hereby referred to as a part of this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagors now request the Mortgagee to change

and modify the Mortgage and Promissory Note which is secured by

' said mortgage to extend the due date on said Mortgage to the
