to~pay, together with interest at 8.75$ per annur~i until maturity, `
at the principal office of Mortgagee, in 180 monthly installments
of $296.85 each, including interest, commencing on the ~~o day
- ~
of June, 1975, and continuing on the r~ day of each and every
month thereafter, until the entire indebtedness has been paid. ~
In any event, the principal balance, if any, remaining unpaid, ~
together with accrued interest, shall be due and payable on the
day of May, 1990. The installments of interest and prin-
cipal shall be applied first to the interest on the Note, as
modifie3, and the balance shall be applied in reduction of prin-
cipal.
3. Any reference to attorney's fees, costs and expenses on
the Promissory i~Iote, shall be construed to include attorney's
fees, costs and expenses on appeal.
4. It is agreed that in all other respects, the terms and
conditions of the aforesaid Mortgage and Promissory Note shall
remain in full force and effect.
