1. That they are the Grantees in that certain Warranty
Deed dated February 19, 1973, recorded June 12, 1974, in O. R. Book
228, Page 1464, of the Public Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida, ;

Wherein JOHN M. LANGEL and ELIZABETH J. LANGEL, his wife, conveyed ~
the following described real property to them:
The North 165 feet by 660 feet of the South
~ 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/~ ~
of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
less the West 40 feet for Jenkins Road. _

2. That the said Warranty Deed contained an incorrect legal

description of the property which was meant to be conveyed in the '
said Warranty Deed and that a corrective Warranty Deed has subsequently ;
been filed wherein title was passed to your Affiants, as-Grantees,
as to the properly described property;
3. That as a result thereof, the undersigned Affiants
claim no interest whatsoever as to the above-described reaZ property
and hereby rer«~e, release and quit claun all right, title, interest,
; claim and demand which they may or could have had as a result of said
~ Warranty Deed. x
