RELEASE FROM LIEN AND OPERATION OF JUDGMENT
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, JOHN F. NIXON d/b/a NIXON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, ~

hereinafter referred to as Nixon, is the holder of that certain ?
Judgment entered on March 31, 1975, by the Circuit Court, Nine-
teenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
~
;
in the cause John F. Nixon d/b/a Nixon Construction Company,
Plaintiff -v- George A. Costa, et al, Defendants, Case #74-759-CA; '
and
WHEREAS, George A. Costa, Lucille V. Costa, his wife, ~
Costa Development Corporation of Florida, Inc., and Lucille V.
Costa, Inc., have requested Nixon to release all of the real
and personal property of said Judgment debtars wherever situated ;
from the lien and operation of said Judgment;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, Nixon hereby remises, releases, quit
claims, exonerates and discharges from the lien and operation
of the aforesaid Judgment all real and personal property of every
nature and kind whatsoever and wherever situate from the lien and

~ operation of the aforesaid Judgment. ~

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances thereto, '

4 unto the said Judgment debtors, their heirs, successors and

~ assigns, forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and from

~ the lien of said Judgment; provided, however, that nothing here-
~
~ in contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the f
~
~ rights of Nixon as a party to that certain escrow agreement of
~
~ even date herewith between Nixon and Lucille V. Costa or the -
~
= right of Nixon to appeal the aforesaid Judgment.
~
