DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
- This cause came on for trial the 19th day of May, 1975, and
I~ the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~ and subject ~.atter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
• i' wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJiIDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SYLVES R

l,~ C. BYRD, JR. and CLARA MAE BYRD be and the same is hereby dissolve

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
- bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

obligations arising therefrom.

2. RESTORATION OF NAML. CLARA MAE BYRD be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of CLARA MAE BURKS

! and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
; intervened.

` 3. RESTRAINING OKJER. Each of the parties is hereby
