Mar 20 ~ 49 ~H'75 ~ FINAL JUDGMENT ~~i-~1S i DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE t This cause came on for trial the 19th day of May, 1975, and the Court having given fuZl consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon . ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows : 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JACK PAUL FRESHLEY and PATRICIA FRESHLEY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~ F ! obligations arising therefrom. ~ i ~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. PATRICIA FRESHLEY be and she is ~ f ~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of PATRICIA BRUNNING and to ~ f ~ ~ use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ~ ~ 3. PROPERTY RIGHTS. As between the parties to this action, i ? the Husband shall be responsible for the payment of the Sears Roebuck ; ~ ~ & Co. and General Finance Company debts. The Husband shall hold the ~ ~ Wife harmless against any claim for the payment of these debts. ~ i ~ 4. JDRISDICTION.
