~DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial ihe 24i~h day of April,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and~subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irrettievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TOMMY
WALLS and MARGARET WALLS be and the same is hereby dissolved, '
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. AGREEMENT. The Separation Agreement admitted

i into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and

t the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

; 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and

~ the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
~ Orders as may be proper.

~ 4. VISITATION. The Husband, TOMMY WALLS, shall have

~ reasonable visitation rights to and with the minor child specified

~ in the afore-mentioned Separation Agreement.
