IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between counsel for the
respective Parties to this action that FIREMANS FUND INSURANCE
COMPANY be substituted as Defendant for and in place of THE
STRANGE COMPANY, which company is not in fact an insurance company
but rather an agency and the action was originally served upon.
THE STRANGE COMPANY in error. The defensive pleadings filed
heretofore on behalf of THE STRANGE COMPANY shall stand as if
