This cause came on for hearing before the Court on
motion for leave to withdraw as counsel of record for
certain defendants and motion for continuance filed herein
by Richard V. Neill, Esquire, and motion for leave to
withdraw as counsel for defendants filed herein by Rupert
Jason Smith, Esquire, and the said Rupert Jason Smith, ~
Esquire, having orally moved the Court for leave to inter-
vene as a defendant herein, and on plaintiff's motion to
strike the affirmative defenses of the defendant Kavanaugh,
~ and the Court having considered argument by counsel for the
