FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION

THIS CAUSE WAS HEARD upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause and the consents of the natural parents, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is desirous of adopt-
ing the children sought to be adopted and that the best interests
of the children will be promo~ced by the adoption, and that the
consents of the natural mother of the adoptees and of the natural
father of the adoptees have been filed herein, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the children involved are declared
to be the legal children of the Petitioner, ROBERT LEE SWAIN, and
are given the names of RANDY LOUIS SWAIN and ROBERT LEE SWAIN, JR.,
. by which names they shall hereafter be known, and it is,
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that RANDY LOUIS SWAIN and

; ROBERT LEE SWAIN, JR. are the legal heirs of the Petitioner, ROBERT
t
; LEE SWAIN, and are entitled to all rights and privileges as said

f legal heirs.
