THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me on May 12,
1975 in chambers upon Defendant's Motion to Dismiss or Strike,
and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the respective
parties, and being duly advised in the premises; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff's Motion to D~~ LL~s the Complaint be, and
the same is, hereby denied.
2. Defendant shall file instanter as additional exhibits ~
to the Complaint the follawing documents:
(a) Copy of letter from Mr. Parrish to Mr. J.E. Murphy
; dated September 10, 1973 as an additional exhibit to Exhibit C of the

(b) Copy of the specification conditions of the Contract
and copy of standard general conditions of the construction contract. -
