2, That the receiver pay $750.00 to himself
as his commission as receiver in this action out of the
money he holds out of the credit of this proceeding. which
~ is hereby allowed him for such commissions~ and. furtber,
that he pay $2,500.00 to his attorney which sum is hereby
allowed such attorney as his compensation as counsel for `
the receiver herein, The receiver is further authorized to `
pay a reasonable fee for the preparation of the Federal Tax
Return.
3. That afCer payment of the above items~ the.
receiver pay the balance then remaining in his hands, if any,
to the Defendant, HAMILTON BANK OF NASHVILLE as these were
funds advanced by that Defendant.
4. That on compliance on the terms of this
order and on filing the vouchers or receipts for the sums
directed to be paid, the receiver be, and he hereby is.
discharged, and that the bond filed by him be, and the same
