ORDER ON CHANGE OF NAME
This matter coming on to be considered upon written request
of the former wife, VIRGINIA MARTIN, for a change of name as part of
the Dissolution of Marriage which was entered April 24, 1975, and the
former husband, EUGENE MARTIN, by his attorney, having consented to
said change of name, and the Court having considered the request and
finding it to be appropriate under the circumstances, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that VIRGINIA MARTIN, be, and she is here-
by restored to her former name of VIRGINIA WHEELER, and a certified
copy of this order shall be mailed by C. R. McDonald, Jr., to VIRGINIA
WHEELER,. at P. O. Box 162, New Boston, Ohio 45662.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this
