Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to adminis-
ter oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared CHARLES E.
BECHT and MARION M. CORNELL, who, being by me first duly sworn,
d~epose and say :
1. That CHARLES E. BECHT, Attorney, drew and prepared that ~
certain Deed dated the 6th day of May, 1974, recorded in Official •
Record Book 227, at page 1099, of the Public Records of St. Lucie

County, Florida, covering the following described property:

Lots 5 and 6, Block 17, HARMONY HEIGHTS #4, as
per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, at
page 71, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ,
Florida.

2. That the intent of said Deed was to convey a nonexclusive
life estate to RUSSELL MURRAY and ANNA M. MURRAY with the vested
remainder along with a life estate remaining in MARION M. CORNELL.

' 3. That RUSSELL MURRAY and ANNA M. MURRAY are respectively

~ the brother and sister-in-law of MARION M. CORNELL, and moved to

~ Florida to take care of the said MARION M. CORNELL up to the time
