PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~

WITNESSETH: ~
WHEREAS, LUCILI.~ V. COSTA, INC., a Florida corporation, con-
veyed to NEW JERSEY REALTY MORTGAGE COMPANY, a New Jersey corporation, -
hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee, certain real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, as security for a$2,000,000.00 loan as #
evidenced by that certain mortgage deed dated September 28, 1972, `
and recorded October 3, 1972, in Official Record Book 206 at page ~
2585 of the public records of ~t.• Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said mortgage deed has been modified by a mortgage
extension agreement dated I~Tovember 26, 1973, and recorded on
December 28, 1973, in Official Record Book 222 at page 821 of
the. public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, New JeYsey Realty Mortgage Company did assign the
aforesaid mortgage to Midlantic National Bank formerly National
Newark and Essex Bank by assignment dated _ Au9ust 22, 1973
and recorded on A~ri 1 10, 1975 in the Official Record Book
238 at page 1051 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and ,

WHEREAS, LUCILLE V. COSTA is now the owner and title holder
of record of the aforementioned mortgage security; and

W'I~REAS, the said LUCILLE V. COSTA has requested the mort-
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being part
of the mortgage premis~s, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage.
~ NOW, TI~REFORE, in consideration of the premises as well
as the sum of $ 825,ppp,pp in hand paid, Mortgagee does
hereby remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge -

~ cribed land, being part of the mortgage premises: _ {

Lots 1 through 20, Block 1, and the South 10 feet of

~ CORAL COVE BEACH, SECTION ONE, according to the plat
~ thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at pages 30A and
~ 30B of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto
~ the said LUCILLE V. COSTA, her heirs and assigns forever, freed,
~ exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage
~ and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that :
~ nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
~ diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mort-
E gage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby
a released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the
~ holder thereof. _
