THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon the Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Final Judgment upon the pleadings and proofs
filed herein, and it appearing that proper service was obtained
upon the Defendants, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in ~he premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff is entitled to maintain this
action, and the Court has ~urisdiction of the sub3ect matter
thereof and of the parties hereto.
2. That the Plaintiff is entitled to a Summary
Final Judgment Upon Default against the Defendnats, RONALD D.
