four, the Plaintiff has a lien upon the real property situate

The EAST 54.30 Feet of lot 19 plus the WEST 11.70
feet of Lot 18, Block 4, of the re-plat of SUNSET
PARK as recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 28, of the
Pubiic Records of St. Lucie County, F?orida.
6. That the Defendants are hereby ordered to pay the
amount set forth in paragraph four, before mentioned, to the
Plaintiff forthwith, and in default thereof, all the reversion,
remainder, est ate, right, title, interest, or right of possession
whatsoever of the Defendants and each of them in the above des-
cribed encumbered premises shall be forever barred and fore-
cl~sed, and said prope~ty shall be sold as an entirety without
appraisement or right of redemption at public auction for cash
to the highest and best bidder, free and clear and discharged
of any claims of the defendants, as aforesaid, and of any and
all persons, firs~, or corporaLions claiming by,through or
under them~or•any of them since the filing of the lis pendens
herein.
7. That the said sale will be held at the front door
of St. Lucie County Courthouse by the Clerk of this Court
