THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon the~Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Final Judgment upon the pleadings and proofs
filed herein, and it appearing that proper service was obtained
upon the Defendants, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Plaintiff is entitled to maintain this action,
and the Court has ~urisdiction of the sub~ect matter thereof
and of the parties hereto. -
