the Clerk, he shall disburse the proceeds of the sale in the !
following manner; he shall retain his fee and shall satisfy
any unpaid Court costs, plus the cost of advertising the sale;
he shall pay to the Plaintiff the amounts enumerated in paragrap
four herein above, plus ihterest thereon from the date of this
decree to the dAte of payment; any remaining sums he shall

deposit in the registry of this Court to r~main pending the ;
further orders of the C~tirt.

10. That the Court retains ~urisdiction of this cause ~

for the purpose of making any and all further orders necessary `
and appropriate.
