It rppearing from the evidence before the Court thet EMORY E.
M~~ has villfully failed and refused to pay the child support

as reeuired by the Final Judgment of this Court entezed on the 26th daq of
~ FebruarSr , 197 4, end is, as of this date, in 8rrears $ 175.00 , it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of
this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the

$ 175.00 errearege, plus $ 9.50 Court Costs, at the rate of $10.00
per veek. These payments to be in addition to the regular $ 25.00 per Week
child support payments provided for in the Finaj. Judgment, making a total payment i

of $ 35.00 per ~aeek, plus the $1.00 clerk's fee. ~ihen the errear~ge has been f

~ paid in full, tl~e weekly payments shall be reduced to $ 25.00 per week, being
