Mortgage herein foreclosed, which lien is superior in dignity to any
right, title, interest of claim of the Defendants, or any of them, and
if the said sums and costs are not pai~d within five (5) days from date
hereof, the property subject to the lien of said Mortgage, that is,
that certain property situate.in St.Lucie County, described as follows:
The East half of Lot 1~ and all of Lot 12, Block 2,
SUNRISE ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page ?5, of the Public Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida,

4. Plaintiff shall advance the cosC of publishing the Notice
of Sale and Che Clerk's fee for making said sale, and shall be re-=
imbursed therefor by the Clerk out of the proceeds of the sale if
~ the Plaintiff shall not become the purchaser of the property at the
sale.
~ S. The Plaintiff may bid for the purchase of the property at the
sale, and if said P1ainCiff shall be the purchaser of the subject
' property, the Clerk shall credit on the bid of the Plaintiff upon said

, property the respective sum or sums hereinabove found to be due ;
