THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the Motion to
Dismiss filed by the Defendant, Sheriff C. L. Norvell, Deputy
Sheriff Buckie Walters and Mrs. Buckie Walters and upon the
Motion to Dismiss filed by the defendant, Louis L. Wain~aright,
Division of Corrections, State of Florida and the Court having ~
reviewed ttie memorandum of law entitled, "Plaintiff's response ~
to Motion to Dismiss" filed in this cause and having reviewed ~
the memorandum of law filed on behalf of the defendant, Louis '
L. Wainwright in support of his Motion to Dismiss and having ~
heard the argument of the attorneys present representing the
other defendants and having reviewed the complaint filed
herein and havinq determined from a review of said complaint
~ and in consideration of the various cases and authorities cited
; to said Court that said complaint failed to state a cause of

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss filed by
